Returns & Exchange Policy
1. We offer 10 days of hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of delivery. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.
2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment you can reach out to us at support@hatchers.in
3. For COD Orders, online store credit for your next purchase will be provided in 7 working days from the day we receive the returned on your registered email address/ contact number.
4. To be eligible for an exchange/ return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in- unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
5. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. Please Note: Refunds / Bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders / online payments made on our website.
6. Payments made with the COD option will receive a coupon code worth the same as your order value, valid for 2 months from the date of issuance of the coupon code.
7. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable. (In any situation where shipping is charged)

2. Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would apply to that order.

1. Any Product(s) purchased during a sale, e.g. (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.
